Can anyone tell me the difference (Sigma)16v DURATEC TI-VCT 115 BHP WITH 160 CO emission and (Sigma)16v DURATEC 100 BHP with 166 CO emission apart from cheaper Road Tax?

I have discovered that (VCT) stand for variable cam timing and it appears to be a development of the former, any more theories (TI) ????
