How long does it take to get a new c-max my dealer in s.wales sais there is a delay with the build and cant get one till late january 2008

Me the same. Ordered 30thOct. Delivery middle/end Jan'08. Shortage of diesel engines!! Told it will be 2008 specification but does anyone know what the 2008 specification is? not on Ford website.

yes mines a 2000 petrol but got a chance of a 1800 in two weeks but not sure about loosing the power of a 2000cc...

Looking on the Ford fleet website it says the ESP is now standard on all cars from 03/12/07 at a £300 premium. I had a 1.8TDCi before and only waited six weeks.

Might change the order for a new Mondeo estate, or wait for the CMax for March 1st delivery...

Ordered mine mid nov was ment to be here this week ,but is at wrong deler so still waiting looks like another week as the other dealer is going to do a PDI then my dealer has to pick it up they are part of the same group

Heard from my dealer today my CMAX is still at least 2 weeks away!! Huge demand for Ford diesel engines and reduction of shifts by Fords last year! He cant even give a best guess!! Ordered 31stOct'07.
Have told him I will think about leaving it for the 08 Registration. Apparently not a problem!!
Entry on FordEurope site about Ford working at 100% output!! Must be popular!! Wasnt there a Ford Popular years ago!!
