[Maxer]

Hi I've just bought a 54 plate cmax. I was a bit dubious about buying after reading all the horror stories but so far the car has been really good. Very nice to drive and not as rattly as i'd been led to believe. I sorted out the centre consile rattling with some sticky cushion pads. The door panels seem to be a bit creaky but stuffed some sponge behind them and they seem ok now. Does anyone have a howling noise when applying the brakes when reversing? Can this be cured or is just a feature of the car? Also is my MPG of 28.5 average for this car? Its a 1.8 Ghia petrol. ta
