HI I WAS WONDERING IF AND WHAT PEOPLE DO TO MODIFY OR MAKE THERE C MAX LOOK BETTER SO I WAS WONDERING IF PEOPLE WOULD POST SOME PICTURES OF THERE C MAX HERES MINE IT IS A 1.8 GHIA AND ALL I HAVE DONE IS CHANGE PLASTIC TRIM FROM WOOD TO SILVERCHANGED GEAR KNOB ANDCHANGED WHEELS

Yet to take good pics of the car but hope to rectify that next week!

So far, the only mods done are replacing all the internal lights with white LEDS (so much better and brighter).
On the list is to replace the gear knob for a chrome/steel one, add chrome external handles (ebay job!) and then perhaps look at the rear light clusters. Either replace the bulbs with LED bulbs except the indicators or by clear lens ones that the new shape cmax has.

One thing I have done is give the standard ford alloys a dam good scrub with wonder wheels has they were caked in dust. So much better looking now.

I know what you mean about the halfords look

I was more thinking about the clear rear lights like this:

INFACT I LIKE THEMI HAVE DROVE PAST A FEW NEW FOCUS CARS WITH THEM ONAT FIRST I DID NOT LIKE THEM BUT AFTER SEEING THEN A FEW TIMES I THINK THEY LOOK BETTER THAN THE FAIRY LIGHT LOOK YOU SHOULD GO FOR THEM INSTEADOF MAKING YOUR CAR LOOK LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE

THATS THE ONLY THING I DO NOT LIKE ABOUT THE NEW C MAX THE REAR LIGHTS THEY REALLY DO LOOK LIKE FORD WENT SHOPPING AT HALFORDS AND BROUGHT A LORRY LOAD I HAVE ANOTHER PICTURE OF A CMAX FROM FOCUS FORUM BUT FOR SOME REASON CAN NOT POST IT I WILL TRY AGAIN THIS IS A NICE ONE NOT OVER THE TOP LIKE SOME CARS
