. To stop doors creaking get some vasaline and with a cloth rub it on all the seals it really does work.

Excessive Door Creaking
Hi There,
I recently bought my C Max 1.8 Zetec 05 reg and up until a week or so ago was very happy with it. However, it now seems to have developed an excessive amount of creaking from the doors (seals?) ,in everyday driving. I know that some flex in the body shell is probable given the larger door aperatures & general construction but I would of only expected some when dropping over kerbs or such like. Now I find myself turning up the radio as at moderate speeds over so so road surfaces you experience the almost continual 'creaking' especially when you brake, it feels like the doors are going to pop!
Anyone else experienced this? Perhaps the doors need adjustment, although they close with a reassuring 'clunk' or the seals need treatment?

Yep, works very well or buy a can of silicon spray NOT WD40 as this will keep the seals well protected.

I can think of loads to sayto lawes reply all of whitch will probably get me thrown off the forum. Vasaline and silicon am I on the correctforum
