Had the same problem with mine, a new replacement cost £106 from ford. The paws are only made of alloy all 6 of them, which is not for us heavy weights. My solution to resolve the problem and save a lot, Is to "shim out" the difference by removing the cover by putting your little finger inside the upholstery at the rear and extracting the zip exposing the arm, remove the C-clip. Then apply a shim to the stop. I set mine to "plus 10deg."

Could i possibly have that in english?? I know nothing bout cars or what shim out means..
