creaking sound on relesing handbrake

hi i suggest you tell them that when dropping your car off your handbrake may be sticking ? as for your service they will change oil oil filter and i think the pollen filter they also will make various other check but they only change above mentioned items its a bit of a rip off to be honest but you can look yourself also if you go onto how to guides on top left of screen on home page services are explained hope this helps
