I am new member.
I noticed that one or two others have or had a similar problem

My boot release keep opening when the car is unlocked, annoyingly when i am driving, you here the 'click' from the boot, so you have to pull over and shut. Sometimesit stays shut, sometimes it doesnt.
the gut at the garage said it could be moisture in the mechanism. He seemed to think it would be easy to accessto dry/clean - i couldnt find aneasy way to do this?

Could anyone help,especillay if you have cured this problem

No replies. Did you ever get this sorted out by any chance? I've got the same issue.. as well as the alarm going off at night, as well as the bonnet open warning too....

Damn machine.
