Hey everyone! I purchased a 2014 ford cmax off auction and had it fixed. Everything including Bluetooth and sync worked wonderfully. I had to replace the dashboard due to the airbag going off and now the Bluetooth option disappeared, along with sync, and the usb not working. It seems like I left something unplugged maybe but I’m not sure what! Can anyone help?!

Just a piece of information. If you use your USB to maintain a phone charge please know that it will rapidly discharge your 12v battery. To assure battery health, unplug your usb when not in use, and don't leave an extension plugged in, with or without a devise attached, that also will discharge your battery over night. Have fun with your CMax, I have a 2013 SEL Hybryd and it's the best car I have ever owned.
