High just bought a second hand cmax 1.8 lx on a 54 plate, and would like to fit alloy wheels.
i've never had any dealings with alloys, and i have been looking at alloys and tyre packages,especially Halfords starting at £299 for all four wheels,size 15".What do you think?

four things to considerf I suggest
are these wheels and tyres the same size as your originals as regards you speedo
if they are wider low profile will it affect full lock and the tyres rubbing on the suspension
are you local roads and kerbs going to be going to be more dangerous as regards potholes for alloy rims
just how much extra might your insurane be given that you should notify them as you've made it more of a theft risk
