Had a company car for most of my working life, last cars were all Audi diesels. Decided on the Cmax for comfort in my old age. Purcashed 9 months old in December 2006. Retired on the 24th December 2006. Car has had 2 alternators, Battery, 2 sets brake pads, clutch, inlet manifold and 2 sets tyres in 6 years. Car has now done over 67,000 miles still running sweet. Looking to fit rear parking sensors, get 4 wheel alignment and fit a K & N air filter for next service. Could easily afford to replace car but I ask myself why it spends most of the day parked, living in London with a Freedom pass I can travel on all modes of TFL transport plus British Rail for free so unless I am going somewere were it's to far or complicated to travel by public transport I leave the car at home.
