Hi everybody

I have just found this site and decided that now would be an appropriate time to join and introduce myself.

As the owner since new of a 2006 1.8tdi Style (it was a special offer at the time)that I have been very happy with for more than three years, Ihave taken up our local Ford dealer's offer to change it for a new 2010 (unfortunately not THE 2010 new model I've read about)1.8TDCi Zetec with expected delivery before Christmas. I have also asked for installation of a rear park assist so perhaps I can manage to keep the rear bumper and rear quarters from suffering the way the current one has!

Since the current C-Max has done everything asked of it, from driving on the wrong side of the road on the continent to dumping rubbish at the local recycling plant and using it to take my golf clubs all over the place, I am looking forward to the joys of a new car again and have told my wife I'm not expecting her to get me very much else for Christmas.

I hope to be able to get lots of useful information from this website in the future and look forward to visiting regularly.

Cheers

Hello and welcome to The C-Max Owners Club.

Where about in West Lothian are you from?

Make sure to check out the scottish section for any meets we may hold.

Thanks for the Welcome.

Davy - I live on the eastern outskirts of Livingston having moved there from Penicuik in Midlothianfour years ago. Where do I find out about any Scottish section events - is there a separate area of the website for Scottish members?

Alright mate, if you check out the spotted section for meets, there is a region zone within that sub forum.
