This may have been covered elsewhere, but I had the feeder pipe for the rear windscreen washer blow off as I tried to clean the glass last week (I think the nozzles may have been frozen). Does anyone know how to access the pipe(s) to reconnect?

Thanks

Hi, Welcome to the Club!
You need to remove the O/S/F Wheel arch liner to access the Pump ( assuming its come off there and not a Join elsewhere! ), made alot easier by removing the wheel!
Try using the rear washer for 10 Secsand see if water trickles out just behind the wheel, this'll confirm where it has become detached!

Hi

thanks for your reply.

You can here the fluid running inside the rear door panel and a fluid pools on the rear boot sill and so I assume that the fault is at the rear end of the system. . The front washer works OK.

I can't be certain but thought I heard a "pop" when it failed.

Sounds as though the Pipe has come detached behing the Washer Jet itself, not sure if you need to remove Jet or Interior trim to access it though.
