As I've posted a few messages I thought I'd introduce myself.

Apart from a few years splippage, I've driven Fords nealy all my driving life, from a 1958 100E, Mk1 (x2) / 2 /3 Escort, Mk3 / 4 / 5(?) Cortina, MK 1 Fiesta (No Sierra or "Mundano" - hated the look!), Ka(!)and a Mk1 Focus.

I have to admit I was nearly turned to the "other side". I owned a couple of Vauxhalls (and a couple of very, very fast German money pits!) for a while but in the end I was drawn back to the Ford when the Focus came out.

I've just had 5 years of faultless driving in a 1.8 TDCi Focus and now I'm moving onto a rather nice 1.8 TDCi Titanium C-Max..............

Another chapter in my driving opens!

If Jeremy Clarkson owns a focus and swears by it, its good enough for me.
My Dad's learner car was a Mk2 Cortina GT. He failed his first test as he forgot he was taking it, and had a race with some blokes in another Cortina GT at the lights.
After passing on the second attempt he decided never to own a Ford again.

We are now known as the Focus Family down my way as we have 4 in the family (parents, me, brother, Sister, Mine being the C-Max)

My dad says he'll never own anything but Ford again!

2.0 TDCi Zetec
Now have Focus ST170
