Hi Everyone,

I've got a 2009 cmax Titanium

Can anyone suggest where I can put a Sat Nav? I can't reach the window very well to fix the suction (I'm very short!!!) Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly received.

Thanks
Marion

If you can get hold of a Betterware catalogue, there`s a drinks can holder in the last 3rd of it.This will be the just the right size for the sat nav mount.Once you find the ideal location, stick it down & problem solved.I have one & it`s to the left of the instrument binacle & above the stereo.
Cost wise it`s under 2.

Thanks for that.

To be honest I didn't really fancy the idea of sticking something onto the dashboard but I think I'll have no alternative.

I was looking at those anti-slip mats that the Sat Navs fit onto but as there's a slight slope not sure if this will work.

Once again, thanks for your help.

Marion

I bought an anti slip mat and was very pleased with it, We went down to cornwall and all around doing in total about 1000 miles and it didn't move. I had it on the dashboard to the left, lent slightly on the hump thats over the rev/speedo dials, so i could reach it, i would recommend it to anyone.

I have one of these
http://www.lakeland.co.uk/nav-mat/F/product/41329
on a 54 plate that stays in place normally even on the curved dash
It takes the screen mount effectively upside down on the base in the centre and provides enough height for the powercable for a ONE XL

Thanks everyone for your help.

I think I'll get a mat and see how that goes. I wasn't sue if the mat would slip as the dash has a curve. But i'll try now.

Thanks again
