Hi everyone, Due to a growing family, We have had to sell our beloved Suzuki Swift. After many months looking at dozens of "family" vehicles we kept getting drawn back to the C-max. So we eventually bought one. I'm looking forward to reading through the forum and getting help and tips from you soon.
Regards, Bryan.

Hi Olliesgrandad, thanks for welcome.
I have already resolved one queary. It seems the Aux lead that should be in the glove box is quite a hot topic!

Do check if you have the unit with the Aux button or the CD/DJ one as this makes a significant difference

Hi Bryan,welcome to the club.
My original stereo/cd didn`t have an aux button but I purchased one that does off another kind member on here.
I bought the two leads ( 1 plugs into the other) & after removing original unit,we plugged the lead into the replacement ,then fed the lead behind the dash & down & into through the hinge space in the glove box. Then, carefully pulling it all through untill there was no slack. As the unit was put un,kept lead taught & now it just rests on the glove box lid when open. When I use it I plug the player in,set it playing & close the glove box lid.Works a treat although I have to turn up the head units volume quite a bit & also the play device.I can change the head unit volume up/down from stalk, but not change tracks.Apart from that it works great.
