Glad to be joining you although officially I`m not an owner until Tuesday when I pick up the 2010 C-Max 1.6 Zetec in Grey Seal from the dealers .I`m trading in my Corsa because of a back injury getting in and out was getting a problem but not with the C-Max.
Went to Car People in Sheffield and found them very helpfull and very reasonably priced .I got a good price for mine (after a haggle) and managed to knock a little off the new car.
Great to drive but will take some getting used to the gear lever position and the handbrake which does seem a long way down due to the ride position .Looking through the rear view is a bit strange at the moment , with the blacked out windows it seems like I`m looking through a tunnel but I`ll get used to it
The car has only done 4500 miles so it`s hardly broke in and I`m very impressed at the amount of luggage space compared to my Corsa.

Hi and welcome ray i found that with the handbrake, being only 5ft i feel like im laying down to reach it lol, the dark windows are an advantage at night when you have drivers with hid lights glearing in the mirror .

I know it will get easier when I`ve done a few miles in it , I may have put the arm rest up so I`m not so comfortable
