I picked up a summer '07 (Mark II) C-Max 1.8 Zetec in silver from a main Ford dealer this October 2010, having got a bit bored with Vauxhalls for the last few years.

Really like the car although things didn't get off to a brilliant start. After 2 weeks I discovered that half of the heated rear window wasn't working. Looked closely at the glass and noticed that a number of the elements were discoloured and thus failed (almost looks like the previous owner roughly peeled off a sticker). Not something you would have noticed as a buyer, especially as the rear half of the car's glassware is now tinted as standard. FordProtect warranty refused to pay out but it appears the used car manager is replacing the rear glass tomorrow as a goodwill gesture.

After that, I only have two or three slight niggles which I'm also hoping to get sorted (or answers to) under warranty. Can I post details of these here, or in the Mark II General forum ?
