Hello All,

I've just bought myself a 2005/05 2.0i Ultima, my first Ford since an Escort RS2000 (last shape) in 1992.

I live in Redhill, Surrey, in an Asylum (but they do let us out at weekends). I'm past the first flush of youth and have 3 lovely young boys whom my ex-wife lets me have from time to time (hence the C-Max rather than a Focus).

Previously I had a 150 bhp Diesel Zafira, which I didn't like at all, and I no longer needed the 7 seats. The C-Max is so much better to drive. I also have a Skoda Octavia VRS (long story) and 2 motorbikes (both Triumph TT600s).

Once things settle down, my urge to improve will get the better of me. The car has got most gadgets already, and things on my mind are:
<ul>[*]Replacing the Ford cd/radio with a Pioneer set up I have with a DVD player with screen, separate Nav/DVD unit feeding into DVD with screen and an iPod conection for the glovebox/wherever. I'll be doing some research here to see people's views on how good the Ford unit is to see whether to keep or change.[*]Fitting parking sensors.[*]Would also fit parking camera if fit Pioneer head unit.[*]Getting workshop manual (so far I've decided I can only get a TIS version, eBay the place).Yours,

Welcome to the C-Max Owners Club.

I too had a Skoda Fabia vRS before the C-Max.
