Hi, we've had our C-Max for 5 years and it's done pretty well so far. Previouslythe only significant problem was a failed alternator (terriying price...). But now at 7 years old, it's beginning to show signs of its age...No. 3 coil just needed replacing and now the oil pressure warning light has come on a couple of times. So here I am, joined up at last andI'll be scanning the forums etc.next, to see what I can find. I've always beenput offworking onthis car, it's the first I've owned with an engine control system, computer, etc. etc. etc. And everything engine-relatedseems to be buried under covers and behind panels! But we'll see how we go on, I certainly won't be giving up on a (maybe) dodgy oil pressure switch without a fight!
