Hi folks like the title says anther newbie to the forum, I pick up my 04 2.0tdci Ghia next Saturday.
The Scenic is going part ex (yippee)
I've got 2 kids and a Staff so the Cmax fits the bill well and being a 2litre will have plenty of grunt too.

I have got a little bit of money left so will be picking your brains on what to spend it on

Just seen you post about swapping radio/cd for one with sat in.I think someone better qualified than me can answer your question.I think Gepardhas done a fair bit if electrical stuff on his,aslo too has kevmond.

Hi, welcome to the club!
My ears were burning earlier, now I know why!
I believe sat nav radio is just like fitting any other radio, just needs an additional aerial wired for sat nav part ( this bit will have to be in view of sky ).
Might wanna confirm this with young bod in Halfords audio dept.

hi guys,
new to the forum!! i pick my c max on fri its a 1.6 zetec on a 07 plate, with 48,000 on the clock,
has any one got one? had any probs with one? can you let us know what to look for that would be a big help..

Welcome to the club, Jacko.
Nothing to look out for. Sorry about that. The 1.6 petrol seems to be depressingly reliable in my experience.

Power steering pump and hose 750 repair bill for us. Slow and likes to suck allot offuel.

I fitted a set of parking sensors a few weeks ago. which does help as the rear windows a little when parking[img]smileys/smiley10.gif[/img](mainly for the wife really [img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]ha ha[img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]).
