7 Seat Grand Cmax owner since Dec 2011

What a car, this is one of the best cars we have ever owned............ but also what a pain in the neck. We have experienced problems with coming back to the car being unlocked, all 4 windows down and also the boot lid open. There is an awfull hiss from the radio and also when the satnav is directing you. Now it is cutting out altogether as we are driving, yesterday it happened as we were travelling on the M25 at 60 MPH, all the screens went black as if the car was switched off. Luckily it came back on and we did not end up in any danger......
Awaiting the dealer to call back, as yet nothing

As you are probably still just inside the 6 months do make the dealer aware of your consiering rejecting the car as faulty under the Sales of Goods Act

Sat Nav screen replaced and an update for the car all done...... Everything seems to be working great now...... Now this is the car it should be. What a difference. Great service from the dealer in Horsham.

You've been very unlucky, glad it's all sorted. Not had any major issues with mine so far (touch wood). It was initially very sluggish, but it's loosened up nicely now. The only faults fixed under warranty so far are a split door seal, and a rattling sliding door.

Hi I'm looking at getting a 2011 Grand C-Max Titanium petrol 125ps - is this too sluggish and should I look/hold out for an eco-boost? Advice appreciated, in plain english please as I don't really speak motor terminology. Thanks
