Hi Gazza-CH, sorry for sending you a PM and bothering you, but I've been reading all these voice-recognition threads where you've said you managed to get your voice changed at a garage.

I have the same problem with my Ford Focus 2011, and was wondering if you know anything about it? I assume they use the same system in the focus and Cmax? My dealer told me they had to replace the entire bluetooth thingy to change the language, which was a very pricey "repair".

So my questions to you is basically: Do you know if the Focus uses the same voice recognition and thus should also be easily changed? And, where can I direct my dealer?
