Having a bit of a rant,well after buying my cmax in Jan this yr and i must say it a great car,i had a few probs with the brakes took it back to the place i brought it from after advice kindly given on here,to be told nothing wrong with them thats what they should be like.(grinding and grabbing)anyhow it got worse so i took the car to my machanic who checked the car over and freed up the stick caliperhe also noticed that the rear main suspention arm has been bent,checked the vosa history to find it was given an advisory notice 6 months agorung the garage i brought it from again and no no no they said it would never of left our garage like that you must of jacked it up using the wrong jacking points he says right oh i say and why the **** would i do that 6 months b4 i brought the car and your team have sighed a service sheet saying everything was ok,ummm i dint think you will find they would of he says grrrrr,and finally he says no not covered on the warrenty unless it fails and mot but if you bring it in (only 55miles away) we will knock it out with a hammerand totally balls up my tracking etc he reaction like it or lump it!!!!!!! t**ser sorry but had to share that classic 200 waste of money

Trading standards: car should be free from defects for 3 months 300miles and you have proof it was like that 6 months ago: sale or goods act 1974 letter and then go legal.

Thanks folks ,I need a big strapping man to take it back and dump it on there forecourt!!!! bet they wouldnt bat and eyelid lol
