I've just been quoted, by a Ford dealer, 596.16 for 3 services and 1 MOT for my 59reg 1600cc. It's payable monthly by direct debit and is based on 12k miles per annum.Deal or No Deal ?

The last MOT plus small service on my motor at my local garage was 54 plus 60 plus 37 on extras, so 151 in total. A big 12500 mile service would be about 90 without consumables.
Hope this helps.

16.56 per month. Would that include any part not covered by the warranty eg disc and pads etc... or is that just for the planned service check?

lawe it's just for the planned services, excluding items replaced because of wear and tear.
I've since spoken to my local Ford dealer who tells me their C-Max servicecharges are:
1st service 120
2nd service 150
3rd service 170
MOT 54
(all rounded up) so thats about 100 cheaper currently whereas the other offer was price fixed.

Depends on the mileage you do. I did this plan with a Fiesta Dieselwhich travelled 25,000 miles a year and it didn't work out because the car was too young to benefit from the brake fluid change and aircon service which were included in the price - the car was sold at 42,000 miles and 18 months old- before they needed doing.

therefore No deal
