I'm looking to retrofit the bluetooth and voice controls but can't afford to do it with new parts from ford, so i'm going to try and source the relevant parts from breakers yards. What i need to know is a list of the parts i need to find and i know from searching that there are different bluetooth modules, so i need to know which one i need for my car. It's a sony mp3 HU if that makes any difference. Do these bits need to come from a c-max or will any ford with the relevant parts work?

Regret I cannot help with part numbers. However, being less technical, I wonder if it would be easier to buy a satnav with bluetooth that you can take to your next car? Garmin do a few which will sync with most modern phones.
I doubt your efforts would realise any significant benefit on trade-in, so seems a lot of effort for little return.

All the best if you do decide to tackle it!

Might be easier yes, but not cheaper, lol. I'm looking to source the parts from salvage.
