Removing sidelight bulb

Hi folks,

I'm just having a spot of bother removing the W5W sidelight bulb on my 2008 C-Max - please could someone give me some pointers?

I've read the manual and threads on here, but they don't seem to relate to what I'm seeing.

I can turn the bulb about 90 degrees clockwise, but are wondering if it's just a case of pulling straight out? I'm not seeing any clips as mentioned in the manual.

It's the upper one in the image below.

After some time in cold, I finally managed to get the bulb out.

For anyone who has the same issue...

You need some long nosed pliers, across the narrowest diameter of the bulb holder.

Grip tightly, and as LMFAO may have said - wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, pull.
