oil sump replacement

Hi all,
Does anybody have step by step instructions on a oil sump replacement for my 2.0 tdci ???
I've had to have mine changed after I noticed an oil leak one week after it's 5th year service, garage initially said that the new sump plug washer they replaced had a hair line fracture, they also told me the same again after it was still leaking a week later!!!!!!! On the THIRD occasion they noticed that the sump had a fracture !!!! I had no issues before the service and I've definitely not hit anything !!!
When I had the car back it was making a loud vibrating sound on start up which I made them aware of and was told it was diesel rumble " BOLL***S" !!
Today it's back in because it's squeeling and they've noticed a bolt has sheered in what I think may be the air con or power steering pulley ( drive belt on left as you look at the engine) all this in the last 5 weeks.
This is why I need to know what comes off for a sump change so I can challenge over payment.
Help please ???

Remove engine undershield, obviously sump then needs to be drained, engine top cover removed, slacken hose clamps, undo the bracket bolt and remove the charge air pipe from the underside of the sump, remove the air conditioning compressor drive belt, then undo the mounting bolts and move the compressor to one side, suspend the compressor from the radiator crossmember using straps, then progressively unscrew the sump retaining bolts, including the two bolts securing the sump to the transmission.
