New Tyre Labeling

Truck,*Bus, Coach & Construction Tires, Retreading, Fleet Service, Fuel Saving, Mileage*from*Continental*-*EU Truck Tire Label

As detailed here new rules about marking of ALL tyres sold after November in respect of Wet Grip, Rolling Resistance & Noise
Though the example is for Truck tyres the same rules apply to car & I think they will have to be marked in the tyre carcass as well where truck ones won't

If you want the euro Directive text it's here

When I had my wheels aligned recently the technician showed me the new labelling system. Makes it really easy to see at a glance which are the best tyres.

The wet grip rating of a cheap chinese tyre he showed me as an example was appalling.
