I keep getting error messages when trying to connect to the forum like the one below, it also takes a long time to connect

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occurred while connecting to the database.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_Access_db_connection
File Name:- database_connection.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft JET Database Engine
Could not use ''; file already in use.

I`m getting it too.Also when replying to a post I`m told I`m not allowed,even though I`m signed in.

I have also suffered from not being allowed to post, even when signed in. It's a nuisance when you lose the entire text you've written because of it.
