This maybe a daft question and then again maybe not.

My new c-max zetec has electric front windows ( manual at the back ) and apparently one-touch for the driver's side and not for the passenger.

The one touch works for opening but not for closing.

Now the possibly daft question. Is this by design or is it a fault?

TIA

It's by design unfortunately, on the up side, least you have one touch opening.

seems a bit daft to me. Why not have both open and close.

for me I would consider one touch close being more useful.

I suppose you need a safety system for one touch close but it seems an odd corner to cut.

My two previous top of the range fusions were the same.
My titanium Cmax however has the full works I am pleased to say.

Olliesgrandad, just to make you aware if you're not already....that if you hold the unlock button down it will lower all the windows. And vice versa.
