I was chatting to a chap this morning who is on his second C-Max (both bought new).
He couldn't praise them enough and hadn't had the slightest problem with either.

So, for those people who look in and read all the doom and gloom posts - it's not all bad news. Unfortunately people are more likely to post about faults. If there aren't any what can they write about?

I consider the water leak a minor problem
as water with a bit wind and capilary action can get in anyware

My car is an 04 and I have had endless issues with it and it drives me mad. I have always saied however that when it works and all is fine it is a great car and does everything me and my family need it to do. However the realiabilty of mine has been very poor and as a result I am always on edge when driving it. Crazy thing is I looked at it yesterday and saied to my wife I reckon we should get another. She told me to .I have a love hate relationship with this car and if mine had provern to be reliable I would have another one in a heart beat. The only thing that will now stop me is my experience with this one and I could not afford a new one so it would always be an early c max and I have had no luck with this one
