I am getting my C-Max serviced and mot'd here next month so i will tell everyone what my experiance was like. They will price match mot's (getting mine for 30) and when I went in to ask about service costs they seemed very helpful and even offered me a cup of tea/coffee which is a first on me for a ford dealer. I am getting the 6yr service and they even explained the dpf situation to me. They will not replace it unless the light is on in the dash but they do check the fluid level in it and top up as necessary. The fluid for it is 50 a litre. I also asked if they do any sort of discount and they asked if I had bought the car from them or had it serviced there before but i haven't but they still gave me 10% off my service (cost me 255).

Had the max serviced yesterday and i can't fault the service they gave me. The max was ready in under 3 hours and even though the front discs are getting marginal due to corrosion they said not to bother changing them this year but wait until next year (unusual for a fraud dealer not to make as much money as they can). Would recommend them to anyone.
