Has anyone had problems getting a rear highline cycle carrier for a C Max. I am being told that it is not possible because of the rear spoiler. A roof cycle rack is not practical due to the height, I have no tow hook so thats not possible either. as a family car you would have thought ford would have thought about this?????????

Hi, first post here as I've recently bought a mk1 1.6 tdci.

Our Saris Bones cycle carrier straps*just* clear the spoiler. You need to set it so the bottom feet rest just above the number plate, and the top feet at the top of the rear windscreen. The rack clears the number plate, but as the bikes partially obscure it, I'm going to buy a wiring kit and lighting board.
