I've tried to get new 'plates for my C-Max ZETEC Sports but have been told by the Plate supplier, that due to trademark issues, they are unable to put "C-MAX" as a wording at the bottom of the plate.
These plates are for my Ford C-Max so i'm not sure what the issue is, as this shouldn't constitute a violation of trademark in this circumstanceas not being used on a different vehicle?
Any ideas?

The trade mark issue is about the fact that the plate supplier would be using a trade mark on their product which by belonging to Ford they can't legally do. This is irrespective of where the plate is fitted

Try a company called Demon Plates or platecreator.com(google them) you can put whatyou like on the plates.

04 plate Ink Blue 1.8 Duratec Ghia. Mods so far, club sticker on rear window and stereo upgrade, 4Q sticker on bootlid and Smurf hanging from rear bumper.

More mods to come as i\'m allowed to.
