Passed in July 89

1980 Morris Marina 1700HL - Catastrophic MoT failure, didn't last a year
1980 Morris Marina 1700HL - Thought I could get a good car from 2 dodgy ones, wrong! - Big end failure, also didn't last a year.
1980 Ford Cortina Mk5 1.6L - Beige, basic and bad
1983 Ford Sierra 1.6L - Brown, basic but very good.
1986 Vauxhall Cavalier 1.6GL - A step down from the Sierra unfortunately, a truely awful car
1992Volvo 460 GLEi - Nice, very comfortable
1984 Polo Coupe S - 2nd car, money pit
1992 Renault Clio 1.2RT - 2nd car,unsafe
1999 Renault Laguna 2.0RT - Very comfortable and very reliable dispite what you hear
1998 Ford Ka3 - 2nd car. Brilliant car but rusted.
2001 Suzuki Ignis - Good if you like that sort of thing.
2005 C-Max 1.6 - Ok if it didn't leak into the boot.

The marinas were the most fun, I was young and they were RWD.

Hiya all. New to the forum here. I am in the market to buy a diesel C-max for my wife. Here is a history of the vehicles I have owned since the age of 20.

1983 Mazda 323 1.6
1979 Fiat X-19 1.4
1986 Toyota MR2 1.6
1992 Mercedes 190E 2.0
1990 Nissan 300zx TT
1977 Porsche 911 2.7 targa
1993 Subaru Impreza WRX RA
1996 Mitsubishi EVO 4
1984 Porsche 911 3.2 Coupe
2000 Peugeot 206
1991 Nissan 300zx TT
1999 Renault Clio 1.2
1995 BMW 328i SE
1979 Porsche 3.0SC Coupe Turbo Body
1993 Volkswagon Vento
1999 BMW 328iSE
1993 Toyota Celica GT4 WRC
1990 Porsche911(964) Coupe

Nextcar which I am contemplating is a BMW M3 E46 or a Mazda RX8 or a Subaru Impreza WRX 2003-. My car history is varied. I seem to go from sports torun abouts a lot. In between the cars listed I have many a Puntos.

Cheers
Ray
