I used to get to play with some of the bentley stuff through work & when I joined Audi I had an RS2 for a week.
Cost me a fortune in petrol but damm it was worth it.

This is my current weekend toy.

It is a limited edition Orinoco and is registered as such. Apart from later sport 17 inch wheels which are similar in style to the original factory wheels (safely stored in my loft), the car is absolutely standard - the only z3 to leave the factory with white indicators and side repeaters as standard. Likewise the M rear light clusters were factory fit. Although the early 'fat arse' body the car packs the later twin vanos 2.8 engine.
My earlier toy is the blue one in the middle which I restored to concours winning standard .

Z3 looks good,is it a handful in the wet?
My brother has a 335 coupe & that`s just plain evil (in a good way).

Sideways is possible on a dry road if you pull of too quickly.
I am very gentle with it though as there have been a number of cases of the boot floor welds parting on 2.8'sand M cars!!
BMW used to replace the floor under warranty but are becoming more reluctant now the cars are older..

Hi all, here are a couple of pictures of my 1965 Hillman Minx series 6.......
This Minx was left to me by a very good friend who sadly passed away just after he finished restoring it. He had owned it from new, and spent thousands on it during the restoration.

I also have a 1966 Singer Gazelle series 6 and a 1966 Sunbeam Alpine series 5, unfortunately neither of them are anywhere near this condition.

This was the car i owned before the Z3.
1992 300ce . cost the previous owner 42,000. Bought it from my local merc dealer in 2000 with 10,000 genuine dry mies. This pic taken in 2002at a Mercedes Club stand at The town & country Show in Leamington. Yearned for a convertible and SLK had too small a boot and was dear with a 6 cylinder so went for the Zed.
Sold this beauty to an optician in Bath. It had 30000 miles only when I sold it in 2005.
