My views on the benefits of snow

Less people on the roads

People actually concentrate

No lines visible so bigger spaces in car parks!

People don't pull out right in front of you from side roads for fear of being smacked.

BMW drivers spin all over the place as they tend to be idiots who can't drive in rear wheel drive cars, he he he!

Not sure about less people on the road,took the wife shopping this morning at 8.15.Amazed how many other people were daft enough to venture out.At Sainsburys,the car park was almost full although I did take advantage of the extra large parking spaces.I did have a good laugh at BM drivers though just going in circles.
Have a great Xmas & New Year.MM

I'd still say people pull out in front of you without thinking as well

Yea i'll agree with that. Too many people in a rush all the time. If they just slow down a bit they would enjoy the drive a whole lot more.

Watch out for the 4*4's.

Sure they can go easier but most of them have yet to realise that stopping is no different to a standard 2 wheel drive.

As I also ride motorbikes, think of this next time you see someone waiting to pull out;
If they're not looking at you, they haven't seen you.
If they are looking at you, they're working out the best point of impact

Just because I'm not paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

Down here in <?: prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1:City w:st="&#111;n"><st1lace w:st="&#111;n">Plymouth</st1lace></st1:City> we don't get muchsnow, but when we do get 2 or 3 flakes its seems that drivers panic, OH ITS SNOW!! <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />

I spent 3 years in <st1:country-regi&#111;n w:st="&#111;n"><st1lace w:st="&#111;n">Germany</st1lace></st1:country-regi&#111;n>, when it snows over there you just get on with it.
