What a week (and bit!)

Not been at the pc much, busy doing odd jobs at home and a failed attempt at a oil change on the cmax, but then on Friday, pop! One dead computer
Motherboard had passed away (I think it might of been the thought of going into a new case!) and this on a Friday evening.
A frantic 20 minutes on ebuyer, quick nod from the bank manager and new parts for a new build PC delivered next morning

As for the failed oil change, well I think this icon sums it up
Bought the wrong tool to take the oil filter housing off. Right size but low profile so it just went over the top and couldn't move. Live and learn!
Now have a 27mm deep socket to do the job tomorrow... hopefully!

I`ve got all the tools but I`m not well enough to do anything.I thought once I`d had my op (3 weeks ago) I`d be ok,but since Sunday I have been really yucky, had blood tests & so on,even had a specialist nurse phoning me every day to check up!!! Now She has booked me in to see the insultant next Tuesday.Just hope I don`t have to go back in for loads of tests (again).Apart from that everythings great.Daughter passed driving test this morning (can I borrow the car please?) so I have put a few quid towards a car (she wants a cool, trendy, hip Corsa.Never heard of one of those) so I`m skint too.

Hey MM, glad your doing well.
Specialist Nurse hey.... I'll PM my number if she's nice

lazyb, this is the MB I got in the end and boy does it sing even with the on board gfxs:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/164480
Coupled with http://www.ebuyer.com/product/155158though the price has gone on the processor.
Would I go for a PS3... not sure now, very impressed with what I bought on the hop and thinking of buying a second MB just for the TV and give the youngest his first PC.

The oil change is now done, but what a pig to change the oil filter on the 2.0 TDCI
I can just see the designer now thinking what he could do to really pee people off in changing the oil.

Yep she`s a she.Met her a couple of time & spoken daily to her.Charlotte is very nice and is concerned at the slightest problem I have, hence the short notice appointment with the insultant.
Sorry chaps but she`s happily married .
Then again so am I .
