Has anyone seen recent reports for the depreciation of the C Max? In March last year my new C Max cost around 21000 on the road. What car reckons it will now be worth 11376.
Any comments?

The What Car figure seems perhaps low on first look

try looking here

Based on 3 year, 30,000 miles
Note the residual is only between 5K7 & 8K2 so perhaps it is right

Its one of the main reasons i'll never buy brand new,to much depreciation!!soon as you drive it from the forecourt it loses a certain % of its value, would much rather let someone else buy it new & let them take the hit then pick up 12-18 months later at more reasonable screen price.
